Country-Style Fried Rice, bacon, corn, broccoli, purple mustard, carrots, radishes, kale, green onions, garlic, onions, roasted sesame seeds, red beet soy glaze with a red beet aioli sauce, spicy aioli sauce

 

Diana & John Anderson of JD's Chili Parlor:
Pork Dumplings (made with Peaceful Pork), smoked garlic, shallot, ancho in a chili tea dipping sauce

Chilified Bahn Xeo (Happy Pancakes!), chicken, plum wine, smoked garlic, hatch chilis, yellow and red carrots, smoked beets, lettuce, kale ginger plum sauce
